I just love no spend days!

Here's my spending for October so far. I included what was spent on September 30 since most of it was for things to be consumed in October.

9/30

Valero - $13.00 (gasoline)
Albertson's - $43.56 (food for at least two weeks)
Wal-Mart $ - 16.37 (clothes line, clothes pins, cat food, light bulbs, instant coffee)

10/1

Food Fast - $3.00 (snacks while out with Mom)

10/2

$0 Yipeeee, a no spend day for me.

I want to see more of those $0 days!

    I love the no-spend days too! I get some sort of twisted high from them actually.... Smile
    Spending nothing makes me think of my grandparents, where a day spending money was the oddity. I imagine they went weeks and weeks spending nothing at times; of course there was little money to be had and as my parents reminded me often, there wasn't much to buy either!

    Ahhh, you expressed my feelings well! I get some kind of thrill (cheap, of course! bahahaha!) from no spend days like today and I really want to have at least 3 a week. More would be better! I know what you mean about thinking of your grandparents. I do the same thing and it really gives me warm fuzzies. Smile
