Today's freebies

In today's mail I got 25 coupons for a free bottle of Country Bob's all purpose sauce, either original or spicy. 25!! And after I notified them about a pretty big ooops on their website a few days ago they told me they're sending me a free cookbook. I should get that soon. Smile

I also got 6 coupons for free Pepsi, 2 2 liter bottles and 4 12 packs.

Few things better than free sauce and free drinks!

Today was a good freebie day. Smile

    I was perusing the recipes and noticed that if "all recipes" was clicked, the recipes on there were not what the links said. So it didn't matter what recipe you clicked on, you got a different one! They fixed it, though, and are sending me the cookbook.

    Well, a few days ago I tried to register at Country Bob's for their coupon for free sauce but when I tried, I got notice that I was already registered. However, I'd never received the coupon so I emailed them letting them know what was going on and one of the people there replied saying he was sending me 25 coupons for free sauce - some for me, some for friends and family, etc. I thought that was really nice and definitely above and beyond the call of duty!

    The Pepsi coupons..argh, that's a long story but to make it short for a year now when I get a canned Diet Pepsi in a convenience store, it's a month or two past the freshness date on it and it tastes like the sweetener has gone flat! I check the dates most of the time and end up getting a 20 ounce when I really don't want or need one but sometimes I just run in, grab the can, pay and go. And I end up with this horrible tasting can of Diet Pepsi! I've called Pepsi about this before but I did it again a few days ago and they sent me the coupons for free product. The problem appears to be with the canning facility in Mesquite, TX but like I said this has been going on for a year!

    Anyway, that's how I got the coupons. Smile
